This is the 3rd day I tried Stattera (ADHD med). I haven't really felt any different.
Side note: I didn't end up starting Stattera until 3 days ago because I was waiting for the change on my Lexapro to happen (we upped the dosage) and it helped my anxiety somewhat and my depression a little.
But yeah, haven't really felt a big change with the ADHD medication. I still move around just not that much. My focus has been eh but it's still early. I'm just really looking for the symptoms my doctor told me to watch out for and so far no allergic reactions which is good.
I started reading again. This time with my parents. We're reading Scythe right now. It's a young adult book so thankfully no extra romance or inappropriate stuff. Especially since I'm in a book club with my parents. We've settled on 5 chapters a week which to someone like me amounts to almost torture. I could read the book in a day or two honestly but they can't so I have to wait which has forced me to try new activities. I've been gaming, watching movies, cleaning. Oh the cleaning. I bought a new rack for my clothes that has two sections on top of each other. I'm able to put my shirts and pants on them which leaves my small closet for sweaters, jackets, and dresses. Overall it's a good system.
Currently I'm listening to oldies. My mom was working in the same room while I was updating the website. It still needs a lot of work and organizing.
Speaking of cleaning and new stuff, I added a few items to my office to help me when I start working aka a new monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Was is a manic/impulsive purchase? Probably. To be fair I got news that I might have a new job/sidework so I got excited for a couple of days. No updates for now cause I'm not working but I still have the new stuff.
Ok well this one is going to be short cause I have to go cook dinner. Today we're having Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo with garlic bread. My job is everything but the chicken.
